That drawing has a mistake. The heat shields attach to the brackets on the car body at the top and bottom. That shows them attaching to the exhaust at the top.

Looking at the diagram of the brackets attached to the body, that does make more sense.

Surely the only thing that's changed is the heat-shield mounting method - the actual pipes remain the same as the pre-2014 versions (save for the very early 1mm wall thickness originals)?
The pipes are the same but the exhaust mounting brackets and bobbins are different (14 and 15 in the 2014 diagram). The heat shield itself is also different - count the holes!
In fact I think the pipes are the only thing that hasn't changed
Anybody know what the "magical" difference is between the Stage one pipes (besides heat shields) and the stock (2012) pipes with out the baffles? Save a lot of money here by removing baffles. You could also use an aftermarket air cleaner.
