Never experienced any understeer with mine. Does anybody know what the ratio is for the LSD fitted to the 2013 + 4 ?

I placed an Quaife LSD
on my 4/4 2001 last year and it is like an other car to drive.If you drive a little bit faster. 110 % happy with the Quaife

I may be mistaken but I believe that all Plus 4's get this as standard?
Mr Bumble has an LSD. It was an option on both the 2008 +4's (on 4 and one 2 seat) that I have owned., I asked at the factory and dealers in 2007 when I ordered the 4 seat and was advised that only +8's had the LSD as standard, of course this was said in 2007 so no idea if they changed after that?

LSD is an option on the current Plus4 and standard on the Roadsters. It was also an option in the 60's.

My understanding is that, if you jack up the rear with both wheels off the ground and turn one wheel by hand, the other wheel will revolve in the same direction if an LSD is fitted. The other wheel will revolve in the opposite direction if no LSD is fitted.
On this basis, my 2013 Plus 4 has an LSD as standard.

I don't hang about especially when I have a hot hatch behind me and the BMWs get a bit of a surprise too. I know how they handle as I drive one all day on motorway/A road patrol.

Most BMW drivers don't know how they handle though Keith! They rely on the electronics...
