Hi Gambalunga, very interesting, I don't like the idea of leaving home without knowing what the fuse distribution details are. It sounds like you are in possession of a wiring diagram, where did you source that from? and is it for your 2012 car, I've tried to source a diagram for my 2011 +4 with no luck. I've sussed out most of the fuses by trial and error....pulling the fuse and see what dies....a ridiculous state of affairs in this day and age but I'd rather do it in my garage at home than some hotel car park whilst on tour or worse still on a motorway hard shoulder.
Advice from Keith at BHM is don't trust the fuse diagram, they can vary from the plan. They can also develop hairline cracks leading to intermittent faults due to heating & cooling cycles.
