Clicks, for kilometres per hour. As in "I was doing 140 clicks when I got flashed by the speed camera".

And for geometry I was once told....
The Angle of the Dangle is equal to the Ding of the Swing.....
Really helpful that isn't it ;-)

..... a "hairs breath" away. The first is obvious but I've no idea of the origins of the latter?.....

My smallest measure is "a gnats" (by inference - bollock). i.e. "That needs a gnats more" (in order to fit).
A small piece of cake is "a slivver". e.g. when invited to have seconds, "I'll just have a slivver".
A second mug of tea is "A topper". e.g. "Would you like a topper?"
A tad more is more than a gnats. A smidgeon is probably between the two.

Humphrey Littleton on 'I'm Sorry I Haven't a Clue' referred to a 'gnat's whisker' as the arbatory smallest measurement
I would think the 'gnats bollock' is quite a bit larger
