What a glorious day up north today

Hope it's been like this around the country for all Morgans owners

Someone told me today that is set fair for at least two weeks

Does anybody know ?

That's what the farmers round here are saying.

Just washed up in Derby at MissW's. M1 quite busy and a lot disregarding 50 limit.........
Just off for a walk. Weather is splendid.

The BBC are forecasting good weather until at least the middle of next week. Having spent this morning mucking out and riding two horses (Mrs F has been quite poorly this weekend) I am enjoying some sloth this afternoon - have not got the energy to get the Morgan out in this beautiful weather. Hoping it stays fine for when I have more time.

Just returned from a brilliant run through the back lanes to Sherringham to see the steam trains and have Fish & Chips on the beach.
Tea and cakes on the terrace upon our return. Wonderful weather, should be Southwold for more F&C tomorrow. Boy, it's tough being retired !!!

High pressure is expected to dominate the weather across the United Kingdom through this weekend and into the first half of next week. This will mean a good deal of dry and settled weather, with some sunshine at times. Temperatures are expected to be about average for the time of year, though feeling pleasantly mild when the sun's out, especially towards the west. However, where prolonged cloud breaks occur at night, then patchy fog and ground frost are likely. As we head into the Easter holiday period, a gradual transition to more unsettled and slightly colder weather looks the more likely trend, at least across northern parts, although confidence is very low at this stage.

An unsettled end to March looks the most likely scenario at this stage, with temperatures slightly below average. As we head into early April, there is a very high degree of uncertainty, although there is likely to be significant swings in weather type and temperatures through the period, as often the case at this time of year.

W/C 28/3 I am with the in laws on holiday near Ross on Wye it will rain to add to the general pain of a family fun holiday

Good here too. Been doing some gardening. First lawn cut since Christmas time. Removing more ivy from neighbour's fence which has now almost completely fallen
Once the remaining ivy is dead (and dug out ) I will put up a decent fence... Or, more likely, get a man in to install a decent fence.

Just got back from a glorious run out in the plus 8 to Minehead. Passed two other mogs and countless MX5s. Called into the west somerset steam railway and took a few interesting photos which I will post separately for the railway enthusiast.
