Folks,
Following up on a comment I made in another thread last week, I'm looking to see if someone out there can help me please?
I had my original Bridgestone changed for a Yokohama Blue Earth when it was serviced last year and it is wearing far faster than the original Bridgestone that came on the car when I bought it (June 2013). I know I like some tail-happy roundabouts these days, but about 50% wear in 1800 miles is a bit keen I think. Trouble is, I didn't note what the original Bridgestone model was - can anyone with one of the factory originals (at least those from mid 2013 that came with a Bridgestone fitted) help please? Thanks.

50% wear in 1800 miles is excessive and suggests an alignment issue or, much less likely, a tyre issue. If, on the other hand, it should read 18000 miles, that is better than average although Morgans are usually easy on tyres.
Just realised that we are talking about a 3W so comments don't apply!

Not sure on what you had originally, but on Bridgestone site, it is limiting what types of tires they have which fit a M3W.

My original Yokohama Blue Earth has 7400 miles on it. Tread depth is 5mm centre & 3mm outer grooves. I have lifted the pressure but maybe need to increase over 28psi to even wear.

My car is April 2013 and has a Vredstein which has done 8250 miles with plenty of tread left for at least another year.

Thanks for the replies folks - guess I'm being a little too heavy-footed at present....
