We need to find a Lawrence Tune rocker cover for our 1962 Super Sports. It had an engine swap at some point in its life and the cover went missing. I have found a website www.lawrence-tune.co.uk and they have the part listed. They do not have a phone number listed, only and email address. I emailed last week but got no reply. Does anyone have any experience with them? Contact info on the order form lists the name Larry Webb No1 Fuzzy Drove, Basingstoke RG22 5LU.

I think Melvyn Rutter had a batch of these made a few years ago . They won't be cheap but at least they are/were available.

There's one for sale on Ebay right now. It's in the US and it's not cheap.

I understand that Larry Webb worked with/for Chris Lawrence and is selling off the remaining stocks for the benefit of Chris's widow.

If you have a copy of 'Morgan Maverick', his name appears in the index and I think in a photo somewhere in the book.

I also understand that all of the Lawrencetune rocker covers are sold. He has listed odd items on ebay in the past which is how I came across him. The items that I bought were sent quickly and were exactly what I had ordered.

As someone posted earlier Melvyn Rutter had some reproduction ones but I don't know whether there are any left.

Larry said he doesn't have any more. I have sent a request to Melvin to see if they have one....have to wait and see.

Yeah. I thought it would be cool to have. Even just to hang it in the garage... and then I saw the price. Nope.
