On my 2006 the switches are locked at the back of the pcb. Check it is properly connected first

Phone Melvyn again. They can chase things up for you. They have regular deliveries from the factory so if the factory has the pcb unit in stock it won't take long( don't quote me!) Melvyn is helpfull and will chase it up for you.

Just had a call from Graham at Rutters.
I need to check the Morgan part reference number on the board. He thinks it is MDE 4001.
Does this sound familiar to anyone who has replaced their board/s?

http://www.talkmorgan.com/ubbthreads.php/topics/291718/Morgan_RoadsterGoing by this thread it seems to be right but there would also seem to be different versions. In the 2006 + parts book it is not listed. You are welcome to a pdf of the Parts book - pm if you would like a copy.

Looks like you need to get at the unit to find the number. Unless it is mounted where you can see it behind the dash then it is a dash off job. I had to do that to get at mine on the 2002 Plus8. It was screwed to the ash frame high up. If you do that then take photos as you do the job. With the dash removed you will then have photos of the layout of all units etc. The case of the pcb unit may or may not have any ID on it....mine didn't! GRRR. I opened the case up and checked the interior...take care! Photos taken of interior etc and hot melt glue to replace the cover. I sent the photos to Graham at Melvyn's. In the end I managed to fix mine, bit of luck really.

Until a replacement board is sourced, a by pass switch now installed.
Thanks for all suggestions.
