Well I just spoke to RTCC and they are going to sort the issues for me, so thats a big relief!

Must say they were very helpful, so fingers crossed it doesn't take too long, I am secretly hoping they ask me to take it to Allon White my local dealer - I don't really want to be without her for a few weeks!

Hi Nick.... all will be well. It's a great car.

I had an NSR noise on mine - it was to do with the exhaust mounting bracket touching something. The dealer moved it. Could have as easily been the OSR as the they're the same.... might not be your noise, but worth checking. Also see if the handbrake cable is tied up correctly.

My suspension was a little noisy until it bedded down.

Welcome to Morgan! I got just under 40 miles from the factory picking my brand new Aero when the electrical gremlins revealed themselves.

Another tip I learnt was don't close the doors with the windows down, or do it gently, as this can cause issues!

I thought down was ok, crikey I best be ultra careful!

Thanks all for the suggestions, I will bare those in mind if they aren't fixed.

To be fair to the dealer I'm not sure they could have picked up on the faults aside maybe from the fuel smell

MAF can go any time, ust unfortunate that it's so soon into your ownership and most of the other niggles are std

Re the windows.....I'm lost, don't close door with windows up or down or half way up???

I have to say I've closed my doors all ways

- I understood it was windows all the way up or down, but not 'half way'

I think some people had windows break when the door was closed enthusiastically and they (the windows!) were in the interim position - or it may just be an urban myth....

The advice I got on the GTN was close the doors with the windows up.

However, as I don't have the hard top on, I tend to always have the windows down and just don't close the doors enthusiastically.

I will be fitting the hard top again once the new aero arrives as I will be back to a full compliment of roofless cars again :-)

They are pretty good. I've got an issue with my speedo (digital mileometer flickering then going out) getting a replacement sorted. I think that can be another problem with Aero's.
