All,

I wanted to put in a good word for Ryan Smith and his team at Brighton Motorsports in Scottsdale, AZ, USA.

About 15 months ago, my barely six-month old M3W was rear-ended at a light by a young lady too busy texting. Suffice it to say, with a wedged rear wheel and a shattered frame, I was left to pick up little shards of woods from the pavement until a tow truck arrived.

Two weeks ago, after 13 months of repairs, the little spitfire returned home. On the plus side, I feel like I've relived all the anticipation and excitement of the initial purchase; on the downside, 13 months is far, far too long to go without driving it.

Throughout the entire process, Ryan and his shop were immensely responsive and diligent. There was not a single call or email from me that was not answered within 24 hours. There were frequent unsolicited updates on the status of parts and repairs. In short, the customer service was spotless.

In driving it again, the quality of the repairs has greatly impressed me. I knock on wood as I say this, but I have not had any indication of lingering issues so far; the car is just as beautiful and zippy as it ever was.

Glad to be back.

Best,

Gabriel

I was standing still at an unprotected left turn in a 30 mph zone. If she applied the brakes, it wasn't enough to even chirp her tires and she must have been going at or above the speed limit...

That's rough. My initial 4 or five months are unbearable. Hope you were undamaged!

I saw your car sitting there while mine was in for repair. I was down for 6 long months for a frame and associated body work. Brighton is a great shop to deal with, second your recommendation!!

Entirely my fault, I misjudged the entry speed for a tight roundabout and the front end pushed (surface changed from asphalt to pressed concrete pavers which didn't help). We went over the curb and then caught a large ornamental Boulder which completely ripped the right front wheel and a-arms off the car. When the dust settled, all that was connecting the wheel to the car was the brake line and a bent rack and pinion shaft. Shane came over and opened up the shop on a Sunday to receive the crumpled result. About a month of down time can be attributed to the Insurance Company hyper ventilating over the price of repairs.
