I’m in the process of selling my S1; I’ve had an enquiry which would mean the car would end up in Sweden. The interested party has asked about converting the headlights to suit driving on the Right, anyone know how, or if, this could be done? confused2

I will contact Mark at the factory & ask, but I know how busy he is. work

Cheers
Matt

I would venture a wild guess that you just have to fit LHD beetle headlight. are they modified in any way by morgan?

They are from a VW.

Having taken mine out before the lights are fixed to runners and don't appear to have much scope of adjustment. My guess would be for a LHD it would involve changing the lamp.

But that's only my guess

Thanks guys, such an easy solution...now why didn’t I think of that!! doh

OK, next question (this from a different foreign party), any one ever heard of a right hand drive, being converted to a left hand drive?

Matt

Believe Richard Thorne has converted an Aero 8 from RHD to left. Not sure what Series car was and believe there was no change from £10,000.

Cheers
