If that goes for less than £45,000 I would be very surprised - it has been advertised at £54,000 in 2015 and been on the market for a couple of years at least.

The photos background looks like tim ayres usual location but I don't believe that tim ayres advertises without using his landline not mobile and he always declares that he's new elms ltd.
He hasn't any cars for sale on his official website at the moment.
