Nice run out to Exeter to meet an ex colleague for lunch at the Blue Ball Sandygate Exeter. Sunshine most of the time Spring finally seems to have arrived.
A nice little 90 mile trip I'm really settling nicely into this retirement business, I think I may have persuaded him to give it a go. He's got a Bristol to play with so never stuck for something to do or places to go.

Short drive out today in the sunshine. Saw the most odd sight! An newish XKR Convertible coming off the M5 at Exeter, the driver of which was wearing a leather flying helmet!

A very very enjoyable Cotswolds run - in glorious sunshine.
Had to do a de-tour back through Stratford - a 65 plate Ivory with Mulberry leather was attracting attention on the high street opposite Debenhams - anyone on here?

Well if the ARP4 is not a daily car per the reviews, mine is certainly putting up a good impression of one:
Saturday - to Malvern on a shopping trip to Waitrose (that certainly stirred up some of the customers in the car park) then to Shelsley Walsh
Sunday - trip out with my better half who is disabled but got in and out ok and liked the seats more than my old Plus 4
Monday - to Historic Donington - roof down for non motorway trip there from Teme Valley then roof up on M42 in lashing rain home later
Tuesday - to audit planning meeting at a client in Hereford and one of my audit managers as a passenger; glorious sun and roof down there and back. Then parked outside my office by Worcester Cathedral where she had several photos taken of her by passers by.
