I'm sorry to hear you have had a few issues. It is true (and no excuse) but we all have the odd 'off' day....Me especially if i have been to a local rugby derby the day before!!
However, I am very passionate about the marque and i think (hope) that my customers are my friends too. I do my best to sort any issues.
Anyway, I hope that you get sorted and that you enjoy the S1.... What a car!!!

Nick.
As has already been said and I would like to amplify you can only judge a dealer when a problem arises. The good ones match expectation, the great ones exceed it and the worst as we know fail to even come close. I sold my Aero 8 for very similar reasons. I felt that the Achilles Heel for the marque was the fact that dealers were very small and on a tight profit margin. I know for many that will be part of the charm and in defence of those who feel that way I can say that I've had very poor service from some very big and prestigious dealers. I've often quoted that had I lived closer to the factory I would still have the Aero 8 - always greatly impressed by Steve Morris.
