Nothing wrong with my current insurer specifically, did 2 years with them, but recently moving was a struggle with additional costs and well all said and done want to shop around.

So any suggestions?

Gott & Wynn:

Why?

No one else would insure the Plus 8 for agreed value, business use, unlimited miles and without a tracker.

The only sting is that when used off road, such as "Thrill on the Hill" my excess is 10% of the insured value....£8K.

Headley are good I have all three cars and the house with them, courteous efficient and very competitive. £254.48 including Legal expenses and Morgan Rescue. £220.33 without. Unlimited mileage, agreed value £30k.

I've had a Morgan with them for 12 years.

Paid out on my written off Morgan within 2 weeks with no paperwork. Got run into by a so called celebrity chef in a 4 ringer.

Been with Hedley for 14 years, first my trad Plus 8 and now the S1. Agreed value, unlimited miles, happy with the premium. Always friendly and efficient though luckily never had to use them in anger.

Headley (Morgan Insurance consultants) are a really nice bunch of people who I've got to know well, as they have sponsored the MSCC Concours from way back. They are always at the MOG event and are usually close to the Concours cars with their 'gazebo' if you want to meet the team at Mog16.

I have no connection or vested interest and have actually stayed with Gott & Wynn since my second Morgan year, because they have remained very competitive and were very good when I met them at the Centenary event.

Just moved to Headley from Heritage. Heritage sent me a renewal for the Roadster even though I had changed to the Aero last September, and had all the insurance documentation from them at the time. I thought an alternative quote was worth getting, and saved £100. Easy to deal with so far, and very prompt.

Headley have always been given me great service I was originally with them when I had a TR7 in 1981 and lived 5 mile down the road.
