Sunshine and blue sky , best day of the year so far . Went for a drive out through Crieff to Loch Earn then to Killin where we saw a nice blue Morgan then down the North side of Loch Tay on to Aberfeldy headed for the A9 and home .
100 mile trip with great views and not a lot of traffic .

Yes 250 miles home in the pouring rain, 4 1/2 hrs of watching idiots drive in the rain. Glad to be home.

No but tomorrow we set off on a road trip to North Devon in the Roadster. The weather looks pretty fair except for some showers on Wednesday. Just packing now.

Annoyingly the council are currently "Top Dressing" the road outside. This means that for the first couple of miles in any direction I will be facing loose chippings. At least the early start should mean that there are few other cars on the road throwing pebbles around.

Was out yesterday afternoon at the local hospice (St Richards).
As part of International Nurses Day I took nurses out for a drive (ahem, no jokes please) for all the good work that they do in this area.

Down to Yeovil on the last fri then to various spots in Dorset/Somerset before meeting up with Tm'ers at Premier inn inland Weymouth for run to Tank museum monday and then back up the A350/fosse that afternoon , must have covered 300 miles or so with roof perminently down and fantastic weather !

Two car shows in and around Atlanta Georgia this past weekend. Trailered the 34 SS (about 500 miles each way.) The car got lots of interest and the weather was superb. The car behaved the entire time. Starting when asked, etc. All good. It even made the Roswell (Town that hosted the second show) Mayor's Facebook page. A bit of a drive, but a great Morgan weekend.

Did you meet lance Lipscomb from the Atalanta area, met him on a business trip in 1997, really nice bloke.

Must have a been a mental slip (Atalanta was a pretty, somewhat Morganesque looking, car.)

Good friends with Lance and Connie. Unfortunately they didn't come to the show this past weekend. Probably had a conflict. They have lots going on with kids and grand kids. Lance's red 1981 Plus 8 is gorgeous, and would have been a great addition to the Morgan line. We didn't have a red car, nor did we have a Plus 8.
