When you order a new car (Aero S5) you can see all the general leather options in the web configuration program. I know in the past a couple of you ordered the distressed leather and also some interesting/brave/good choices such as shooters bright lemon.
Does anyone know if distressed and other options are still available ?
Everyone loves a Morgan. Even me, unless it's broken again.

I would imagine that if the leather supplier (Muirhead) - http://www.muirhead.co.ukhas a distressed version in stock, then you could (in theory) get anything you want. I had distressed tan in my Roadster and was really pleased with it - fabulous quality.

The factory don't use Muirhead any longer....it's now just Yarwood. Do you know if it is cow or bull leather? Bentley uses only bull (beef cow) leather from countries that don't use barbed wire. The reason for barbed wire free is obvious, but the reason to use only bull leather is that bulls don't get stretch marks!!!

Why and when was the switch made, do you know? Yarwood has been an option for some years....my 2009 Roadster is trimmed with it. The factory turned fully to Yarwood as supplier about a year ago.

Ooh - ok thanks. I wonder what leather is in my 8 (12 months old)? I had always assumed Muirhead.
Not that it makes a jot of difference - the leather is lovely.

That's "distressing" to hear...I had always hoped when it came time to be able to place my order, I'd be able to mimic Neilda's choice of distressed leather. Having only seen pictures, it was quite stunning. One of the best choices I've seen in a Trad to date.
