It was good to meet up at today's very enjoyable event. I now understand a little more about fish. Looking forward to meeting many more TMers at Blenheim

A very pleasant day out for the DonMog Scenic run into Lincolnshire. For us this meant a grand total of 175 miles. Some very pretty roads and villages.
We paused for a few minutes to look at the war graves in the churchyard at Scampton (mostly Allied / RAF but a few German graves) and to reflect on how young they all were.

Another day in the garage, albeit with test drives. Today I fussed with the 81 4/4. Still sorting it from the conversion to gasoline (from LPG). I didn't like the fuel pressure (too low) so I swapped fuel pumps. A rattle in the rear end was identified as the Armstrong Shock mounting bolt being loose, and I found the Drv's side wing stay unattached. Corrected it all and had to drive around for a while. Glorious weather, but couldn't stay gone too long. Good stuff on TV. The Monaco Grand Prix earlier and the Indianapolis 500 on now. I am sure I will find more to muck with. So it is with Morgans. Isn't it grand!!
Cheers,
Mark

Drove my 4/4 from Ivrea to Salo (at Lake Garda/Italy) and recognised: A Mog is not waterproof. No problem that the windscreen gets wet inside but to get wet legs was a surprise... 80 years of experience do not solve the problem...

Well with Mrs M away and home alone 250 miles this week, red face from the great weather Scotland is getting. Meeting 5 Morgan's from Germany a good week so far. Looking at the long term weather forecast it's here for another week.
Very much in the dog house, could be up for rehoming
Just returned from 3 days in the Peak District - our first trip away in the mog. On visiting Ilam Fete on bank holiday Monday, we drove into a huge field full of cars to be told "Please take that one right down to the bottom and park it just next the entrance." We did, however, have to get the parking marshals to hold up the traffic to allow us to leave the wrong way up a one-way lane, having grounded when trying to use the field exit. Great holiday - roll on the next one.
Only back from its mot at New Elms not as wet as yesterday which required the roof up yesterday, nice breezy run home not glorious purr after driving my other cars.
