At least you're not going to have change the polo shirts and sweatshirts for Tigger...that'a few pennies saved! grin2

An interesting aside from the tale of the sale of this ARP4, I noted in this months club mag that a Mr Ian Gay of Gravesend joined the club in April with an ARP4 so welcome to the MSCC Ian, shame the car didn't gell.
I think we have all bought cars like that, some times it just doesn't work out.

Here for a good time not a long time!!

There is also a difference in each owners expectation of the way they think the car should perform, so one owner will love reving the nuts off it and seeing the change up light at 7200 in each gear, whilst to another this style of driving might be a complete anathma.

Paul , one would wonder why a person who doesn't like revving the nuts off the ARP4 would have bought it !

Because MMC marketed this car as a fast and, by Morgan standards, comfortable cruiser, not a stripped down refugee from a race track, and the fact so many are back up for sale so quickly, testifies to the fact that peoples expectations were not met by Morgan, not because the new owners got it wrong, but because Morgan got it wrong, [and I have to say it], again. How difficult can it be?

Oh, not that many that I know of John, it's just that there are several on the market again with only a few hundred miles on them, I'm always surprised when someone buys a brand new car and only keeps if for a couple of months, after all why go to all that trouble and expense?
