Yes you can. I believe all you have to do is click the button 'Switch to Full Reply Screen' and then click the link File Manager, click 'chose file' to browse to the pdf file and select it. Then click 'Add file' to add it to TM. Add any comments to the text box. When done click 'Done Adding files'.
I think it comes up as a link.

Button, it does... You can't fit the lover fitting if you have damper blades.. I learnt the hard way with a sheared nipple inside the stub axle..
Thanks, Years ago I tried to make up this setup. Same problem. HOWEVER: I have removed the damper blades from all 3 of My Morgans. They are not necessary if wheel balance and alignment are up to specs. At least that is my experience (over 20 years).
