Hi I have a 1965 2 seater plus4 I recently replace the braking system they still squeak any thoughts

With copperslip, lightly grease the backs of the pads. If you've done this, there are anti-squeal shims for the calipers fitted to a 72 4/4 so there is a good chance you have the same calipers. And if so, give them a whirl.
