Well, I decided to watch this on iplayer so I could fast forward through the rubbish. I watched both TG and the extra bite in under 30 minutes.
Evans is still shouty. Le Blanc was good. The SUV challenge in South Africa was predictable rubbish. Most of the extra half hour was dreary. The best bit was Jenson Button in the McLaren, and Evan's face................

As we were away last week I did much the same but watched 10 minutes +/- of Sabine making the Top gun pilot honk, she is some driver.
The remaining part of the 2 episodes are rubbish, they should have seized the great opportunity for change, Evans is very weak as a TV presenter.

Yes if it had stopped 3 years ago I would have remembered it fondly but it descended into pure ego flattery about then and ceased to be about the cars as such.

I have enjoyed monkey Harris on youbube though.

I've just read that audience figures were a third down from the previous week's first episode, although Evans is maintaining viewing figures would be higher when on-demand services were taken into account.
I guess viewers are voting with their feet ( or the "off" button on their remotes!)

When does the amazon program start with the three comedians ? ...

Not that I have any plans to subscribe.

As I filled in a review for the BBC last week, they sent out another this weeks with bit of a newsletter to say they appreciated how bad the reviews were and that they were making changes which would filter through from episode 3, but it was too late to do much about episode 2, as it was all "in the can".

Next week will be make or break for them.

I haven't watched either episode yet, and don't intend to. It use doesn't appeal to me at all.
Although the old format was getting a bit tired I would have watched a new series of it.
I can't stand Evans.

Chris Harris is on next week so hopefully it will be a bit more sensible Eddie Jordan should be ashamed of himself!

Much to my personal disgust, I found myself watching the ginger dwarf again and, apart from Jenson who must be the most likeable F1 driver extant, I found the whole thing same old same old and Eddie Jordan must be on a massive retainer to be associated with this dross.
As an aside, it was interesting to compare the new Jaguar SUV with the other established makes. Still not my thing but if Brexit comes about perhaps we will see a lot more on the road!!!!
