Try the pressure test..so you can decide & get a rest of mind. If it reads correct, I recommend to send it to the morgan dealer

No i didn't check it because i don't have the pressure tester at home. My Morgan dealer told me that is strange that the pressure is ok when i'm running ( because the 3w run well) and then after a 1 second stop the pump misiteriously loose the pressure. I'll check it the next monday thank to a friend who will give me the proper tester.

I know nothing about the M3W fuel system but if the pressure is OK could it be Vapour Lock (usually caused by heat, i.e. a bubble that moves about in the fuel line or the pump), is it possible to bleed the fuel line at different places?

Hi - My 2012 was terrible to start when hot, I've had to push it away from the pumps after stopping for fuel!

Recently I had the latest ECU map when having other work done and it's fine now

Hi Marc, i wish it's not my case. I couldn't have the new ECU map here. I live too far from every Morgan dealer. Thank you for your help

Back to basics. The battery. Sorry. It's long past its End of Life for the M3W. The stock battery Morgan supplied is well and good for large lawnmowers and the like but four years is way too long. I keep coming back to the fact that when this engine is warm/hot it is really harder to start. The compression numbers go up as the seals get tighter. and they do.

Mine could not cut it when it neared its time. Cold starting was fine but when the block was hot then forget it! Bikers all shook their head in agreement. "It may overheat in traffic but if you shut it down then you will have the devil's own time turning it over!"

What's your mileage? Who cares. Is it practical? See #1. What happens when it rains? You get wet.
