Just heard that, although the referendum result didn't actually have to be acted upon anyway, it now seems that numerically the result is flawed.
Apparently……… 75% of the population had to vote and of those the majority had to be 60%.

I did wonder if there would be a challenge to it, given the figures that only 37.5% of the electorate voted to leave, the 28% of the electorate who didn't vote I doubt is a deliberate way to scupper the referendum, but it does beg the question that if there was 100% turnout what the actual figures would be?
Maybe Scotland could mount a legal challenge to it? as they don't want to leave -well 2/3rds don't and if they don't meet the requirements to leave the UK and Join the EU then that could be one way to put the brakes on the process. If the city of London were to financially back the challenge??? Could you imagine it Scotland joining forces with Westminster oh the irony!
Just playing Devils advocate here you understand.

Without comment: EU Referendum Rules triggering a 2nd EU ReferendumWe the undersigned call upon HM Government to implement a rule that if the remain or leave vote is less than 60% based a turnout less than 75% there should be another referendum. https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/131215

Just heard that the Dutch are shouting for a Nexit for 2017 and rocking Germany who feel alone after our vote . The French are also hot on there heels . I just wonder if we have started a political WW3 with others following in. Just makes me think will there be a return to what it was years ago each doing there own thing but keeping the Euro .
