When I was shopping around for insurance (in 2012) Haggerty would only give me a quote if I drove it less than 3000 miles a year which is why I went with Allstate as they didn't have any limitations.

I had that issue and ended up with JC Whitney on my 4 Wheeled Morgans. A lot cheaper than my tin top insurance (USAA.)
