Fabricated engine oil temp and bevel box temp gauge mount. Testing oil cooler system form Morgan Mid Atlantic now, so far it makes a BIG difference, dropped oil temp by 50 degrees in 90+ degree air temp. Pictures attached. Yes that is a 58mm throttle body in the picture.

Thanks for engineering a great looking oil cooler!
Really looks like it will get the job done and looks great too

the rest of the engine parts from Confederate Motorcycle Company really
helps finish off a great looking motor hang out front for the world to see!

Well Done!

Have you seen this jet engine air filter made in Germany?

Thanks Draggin

What a fantastic solution to reduce oil temp.
A compact complete system that looks easy to install.
Just need to fabricate a front mount.
$399 dollar is a bargain
It's even on eBay

Agreed, excellent solution. Forgive my ignorance, but would these kits for Harleys use the appropriate oil filter adapter that would work on our S&S's?

Great question R1nga. Once i have my car i will have to call them and ask. I wonder if you could mount it under the bonnet, inline with the oil tank if the filter adapter didnt work?

What size is stock? What advantage is that giving you?

Stock throttle body is 52mm
Stage 3 upgrade throttle body is 58mm

Its only needed when your motor needs more air intake when modifying you engine.
Upgrading other components that make the motor breath more air.

Example is changing the size of the motor, 112CI to 128CI (121 CI to 128CI got that wrong)
Updated heads with bigger valves with roller rockers - better breathing - higher RPM
Cams that stay open longer with the valves opening up more.
So now the need for a bigger FI throttle body
I'm just about finished with this 3 month project and will report the differences.
(Ordering time for these custom parts takes time)

Isn't the current engine 120 cubic inches, not 112?
