Was thinking of booking for next year with the travel club has anyone been? Also the Hotel de France St Helier has an underground car park and am not a fan particularly with the Mog's long bonnet! Any advice welcome!

When I worked on the island sometimes stayed at the Oaklands Lodge Hotel in Trinity, nice and quiet out in the country with a secluded car park at the rear and a good restaurant. This is a nice place too but slightly busier at St Aubin car parking wherever you can find it. The seafood platter to share is spectacular. http://www.oldcourthousejersey.com/The Waters Edge was another favorite but they have turned that into S/C chalets now it would seem, you could step out the bar door onto the start line of the Bouley Bay hillclimb, great stuff.

After the very successful Laon trip, the Memsahib and I were talking about this trip. It looks quite good so will continue to look into it. Must use the £50.00 voucher some where!!!!
