it's almost my idea, but my question is not for my project it's more because i feel really surprise with so many passionate people to don't have car with difference other than the MMC option
BTW , where can i see Bitsa ?
Could it be that people chose to buy a car nearer to the end objective when they think about serious modifications. For example, the charming old style construction of a Morgan means a lack of chassis rigidity, a lack of rear wheel movement, too much unsprung rear weight and crude rear brakes. None of this is an issue for a buyer wanting an old style car with a decent modern engine. But it is a major problem for a buyer who wants to create a modern road going sports car. And thats before we even get to issues like aerodynamics.
The Trad simply isnt a good platform for major mods which is of course the reason why MMC went the Aero route for the V8 replace.
So instead owners who love their trads, and there are a lot of them, tittivate with trinkets rather than make major changes.
There was a photo in "Photo Gallery" but I can not find it.
Just come across in an other topics on this one, this an other example you can made cosmetics mod without destroying the lovely looking (at least in my eyes)
Thanks, i have see similar change, i like your idea of the "boat" roof and the well done plate support
Morgan Spares in the US has a chromed nice looking bracket. I would be surprised if John Worrall of "Heart Of England" did not have a similar bracket. I copied a "Morgan Racer" in Northern California. As I used a Front Fender(Wing) Mirror I used a thick plastic spacer to move the mirror out a bit. The center mirror was sourced from "Heart Of England" and it is the standard issue of a Mirror on a rod.
The Biminey Top is made of Sunbrella. Makes a long Run on a hot day bearable.
