Hello everybody
I am a regular topic surfer on this terrific site and I enjoy reading the posts from so many clever and enthusiastic contributors.I learn something new about Morgans every day from you all.

I have owned my 1979 2 seater signal red 4/4 since new. It is much more than a car as it was my 21st birthday present from my Dad who always dreamt of owning a Morgan when he was young, and when he was in a position to finally afford one wanted to give it to me to enjoy.

Driving my car has always been a pleasure, not just to me but also to others I see on the road that look admiringly. It certainly has the WOW! factor on the outside.
However I have always thought that the inside dashboard never really matched the rest of the car and didn't do it justice.
Looking at some of the terrific dashboard changes that Morgan owners have made convinced me to do something similar.
I think the work of Matthias Kauffelt in Germany looks terrific so I asked him to make a dashboard to my specifications and the result is spectacular!

I'm not sure how to attach pictures but hopefully they are here so you can see the difference.

If anybody out there is thinking of doing something about their dashboard I can highly recommend Matthias as a great person to work with.

As I drive my car now I have a smile on my face knowing The WOW! factor is inside and outside.[quote]

Very nicely done,...you've certainly reason to smile sitting
behind that very elegant dashboard. Lovely to hear that your Dad
was the instigator of your Morgan love affair!
love

We can clearly see the signature of MK amazing job, this MIG clock match really perfectly with the smith instrument and our MOG'S.

Congratulations for your choice

As you wrote - WOW! a very impressive upgrade. The instrument panels from the 1970's were not something to get excited about so this really makes a difference. And your ownership story is pleasing.

What a superb job! As a great fan of the MIG clocks I'm glad to see you have one fitted. And a pair of light posts either side of it? I've been trying to source those...I've one fitted but Holdens my local supplier have stopped stocking them.

Took a few looks to realise I needed to clic the attachment, at first I though, clean and nice enough, but not very exciting........when the penny dropped and I opened the image, WOW summed it up nicely.
