Many thanks Raphael for your help and assistance. It was great to meet Daniel and see that car collection too.

Great to see you again today on the Beemer, our car is now working perfectly - touch wood and we now back in Orange. See you in Grindelwald, words can't thank you enough. You're a star! 😎

That looks fun and your Mog looks lovely. It would do, it's a 4/4 Sport.

Excellent..!

I can't imagine any city in the UK encouraging older cars these days, sadly.

The complete Vienna Ring-street was closed for public traffic to present the classic car corso to the citizens and tourists.

Hannes great post and yes I should have been there. But yesterday was an airfield commitment (flugtag für behinderte) and today I was servicing the mog ahead of the Corsica trip. Really pleased you were showing the flag. thumbs Kerry

This year I could identify only two Mogs in the corso. A +8 from 1984 and my 4/4.

Good luck for your Corsica trip! Will you put the car on the train to Livorno or drive the whole distance yourself?

We're taking the Wednesday night overnight train to Livorno and then - obviously - across on the ferry. The autobahn/strada trip is not appealing. I've been fussing over the Mog for a week now, packing and re-packing the tools, test driving the suitcase, test driving Genie with side-screens on and side screens off - and decided we're going with side-screens on as she finds it more comfortable. Also, I've decided to put it on the train with the hood up as that's the best way to keep (most) water out when the screens are in place. But the hood will be down as soon as we're off the train!

I must stop fussing. I will post photos drive
