Compare the wiring to the hazard switch with a car that works properly.

Haven't tried starting engine yet but have the warning lights on with hazard issue. Note that this is on a 2016 car as well so certainly an ongoing issue.

Grockle suggests there is a cure - anyone know what it is?

The fuel pump running and the warning lights on is normal at least on later cars for reasons explained. It is not an ongoing issue.

Starting the car without a key is an issue.

Too funny (or is that "too Morgan") - how difficult can it be to have a wiring harness for hazards independent of the engine live circuit? Short answer: carry your own hazard beacon (lithium battery powered ones on Ebay should do the trick) :o

most older cars had a separate flasher tied to an "always on" circuit. Thus it was easy to keep it separate.

Mine is Feb. 2013 car and I'm sure it didn't used to do this.

A few months ago I had the cooling fan fitted and the ECU re-flashed to operate the fan and disable the skip fire mode, I wonder if that has altered something.

Either way I am going to fit an interrupter to the starting button or fuel pump circuits just to be on the safe side.

Does anyone have a complete wiring diagram for a 2012 3 wheeler. Would like to have a look at one to see why fuse 9 & 10 are on the same circuit.

Don't know if this helps showing the up to 2014 schematic before heated seats and cooling fan ciruits were added.
