Hi all,
I hope you can help me!
I write Buying Guides for the classic car magazines, and we are trying to get shoots lined up for the winter months before the nights close in too much... One of my subjects is the Plus 8 (as the owner of a 1960 Plus 4, this is one I will particularly enjoy!).
The car should ideally be in central southern England, so somewhere to the south of Birmingham, west of London, east of Bristol.
What will happen is that I and the photographer will come to you, and spend a happy few hours taking photos from all angles, mostly static but including a couple of shots of you driving, and in return you'll get a CD of photos and copies of the mag when it comes out - plus of course the good feeling of having your car in a centrefold (well almost!).
It needs to be shot on a weekday - dates available when I last checked with the photographer were Oct 14, 20, 21, 24, 25, 26. If you can do one of those (the earlier the better) please get in touch asap!!
I'm not sure if you can PM me through here (this is my first post for a while) - if not you can text or call me on 07711 901811.
I'd also welcome comments on what to look for when buying (or where to find tips), and leads on who are the best specialists for the Plus 8 these days...
Thanks in advance!

Thanks to all who have been in touch - we'll soon be photographing a very nice red 1990 Plus 8 - thanks very much to Dave for contacting me!
Keep enjoying your Plus 8s, and look out for the article in a few months' time!

Classic +8 Specialists

Others may disagree but I would put forward the following in the south of England:

Brands Hatch Morgans: Kent
4 Elms (Tim Ayres): Wilts
Techniques Morgan: Herts
Melvyn Rutter: Herts (for concours)
Mike Duncan: Worcs
Williams: Avon

Andy G
1999 +8 , Indigo Blue.
Ex-John McKecknie/Mike Duncan 1955 +4 racer.
