I see that the footballer, Ched Eveans, has been cleared of rape. Some on TM may remember that some of us thought he should be allowed, after serving his time in prison, to follow his career. Oh no, the sanctimonious politically correct mob forbade him that right. He has been robbed of years by a lying slag and the mob.

I find the introduction of the victim's previous history to be deeply concerning, to be honest. As one commentator said, "this trial has been a throwback to bad times when women were the ones on trial and had no say in a sexual encounter."

I remember very well the original discussion & stand by my arguments at the time.... http://www.talkmorgan.com/ubbthreads.php/topics/359237/2.....HOWEVER, I am very uncomfortable about the admission of evidence concerning the sexual history of the plaintiff in the retrial. It seems to lose sight of who is on trial.
