Of course! I do like the new dash option and will be doing a bonnet belt at my dealer so had to skip the louvers as they would be in the way....

Nice options list John! It would be cool if our cars shipped and delivered together to Morgan Motors New England.
At this point, I'm hoping for a mid-December delivery, and an early Christmas present.
Back to the original purpose of this thread....Is anyone planning a visit to the factory? Would really love to get an update on my production status.

Yeah...if the belt worked I'd die for one. As a falsie there's no way I'd have it.

Even on the factory tour, the guide said the only thing the belt does is scratch the paint.. That's not only incorrect, but it's also customer choice and I think a few tour guides ought to remember they are employed to provide positive information as people on tours are potential customers. The M3W belt affixes to the 'bonnet' or 'hood' in US parlance, and doesn't fix it to the car. It's cosmetic rather than useful, but I think they look cool and it's nice to have the choice.

The belt is a nice aesthetic touch in my opinion, and there is probably a way to affix some form of a neoprene or soft fabric material to the back of it to prevent or further limit the scratching on the bonnet. I didn't want to bother with the DIY mod, so I decided to forego the belt on my order.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, positive or negative. Tour guides are also Morgan owners and obviously he has had a personal experience. Having owned numerous car and bikes with leather tank straps, I am in total agreement with him. Yes look nice, but that's all.

Tom, any news yet? I'm sure yours must be in build now. Wish I could get to the factory for you.

Not all are owners, and I doubt that their employer would agree with their sentiments whilst they are being paid by them. I was there with my camera yesterday and have several images of the cars in build, especially three wheelers. However, taking photographs of the builds is a privilege and I would never dream of supplying those images direct to buyers without some form of consent because it breaks the trust between customer and dealer, and ultimately leads to three way conversations which are needless.

Steve I don't understand who you need to get permission from or why , this thread was started by people who were unable to get to the factory and were hoping for progress reports and pictures of their cars in build .
