Hi, I'm another "Yank" with a deposit in for an April 2017 build and I have a few questions about options.

I don't want the full bright pack and I'm thinking of going with a polished cowl. Do I need to get the painted cowl chromed or is it just polished? Are the roll hoops removable to be chromed locally?

Has anybody gone with a green leather interior? If so, can you post a picture.

Can the optional union jack badges be sourced elsewhere? The cost from Morgan seems quite high.

Thanks and regards,

JFP

JFP i have the full bright pack. Not sure if the cowl is polish-able after stripping. The roll hoops are removable. Union flag badges are available here or USA or lots of others.

I'm sure the union jack badges are available elsewhere. My dealer said he had some and fitted them free during PDI smile

Also very interested in this, the cost that Morgan charge for this option is ridiculous.

Also, the £7140.00 polished body option seems a bit OTT, I know a wrap obviously isn't the same but for around £500.00 you can get a very, very similar effect.

The cowl is stainless steel so can be polished.

A good source of stick on Union Jack badges is the MSSC:

yeah, that's crazy money and maintaining it is a full time job. I had a Lotus 7 many years ago and vowed never to own anything with a polished body again!

The polished body sure is beautiful. Worth the upkeep if you ask me. Though, I imagine it makes getting dings especially noticeable.

Is the entire paneling on this car stainless steel? is this the reason for its weight?

No, just the nosepiece on the cowl.

The rest is aluminium
