That looks fantastic. Green is always a winner on a Morgan. Enjoy it! And I hope you get the storage sorted soon! smile

Great looking car, storage is a problem I know well, I had a garage at my last house which was too small to house the Morgan. I managed to rent a garage about a mile and a half away which cost around 60-90 pounds a month over the seven years I rented it.
Hopefully you'll resolve your storage issues and find a garage nearer than forty minutes drive away.
Fortunately I moved to a house three years ago that has a great garage, with space next to it to add another should it be needed.
Good luck

I wonder if you'd be allowed to put a CarCoon up?

I wondered about that too, but insurance requires a locked garage. I tried a "portable garage" (metal framed tent) but that was completely unacceptable also. Their fear seems to be theft, but tree damage is a bigger risk--I live in woodland and an oak tree by our driveway wrote off my Passat estate 4 years ago dropping a big bough on it for no apparent reason. Falling branches can rip a carcoon or portable garage. The sad fact is that many American garages seem to be stuffed so full of junk that the cars have to stay on the driveway. The house next door being one of them. The house opposite has 5 garages currently--3 new ones full of cars and 2 oldies full of junk!

Well, I collected my Morgan yesterday and drove it to its winter storage. The trip took 3 1/2 hours in the cold with the top down. I need to go back on Saturday to get the car inspected--this has to be done within a week of registration. The next task is to find a more convenient garage for the long term. Can't wait for Spring now. smile

Great news I hope you get on ok with the inspection and at least manage a run out or two before winter.

Enjoy your new adventures whenever they come along, you have started the journey thumbs.
