Only in meetings
Since I've started standing up I feel energised, more productive, more in control and feel more lucid on the telephone

This is what I look like most days when I'm in the office
I now stand up all day at work at a snazzy electricity height adjustable workstation and I love it
(Notice TM on the screen when I have a mountain of work to do
)
And not a metro tile in sight.....how disappointing!

It's been a revelation
I'm impressed at the very tidy desk. I think mine is sinking with all the paper that sits on it. I always find if I have to make an important phone call I always seem to stand and walk around. I've read that standing is supposed to be better for you but since I rarely get to sit down at my desk it's probably not an issue for me.

I see you had good protection during your ride, I hope, Dirk, the ladies also had good protection afterwards
I don't know Heinz, they were gone when I returned from the "taxi ride".
Mind you, the quickest lap we did at track days in our Marcos Mantis race car (V8 4l 300+bhp) was 1min50. Andy Priaulx did his qualifying lap in 1min35 in his WTCC BMW (4 cilinder 2l 280bhp)!!!
