My plate came from an advert in Miscellany. (£225)
I like the fact that it is an old Exeter plate (from a 1958 A35)
Easy to remember, but otherwise meaningless. Result  Yes, very classy. To my mind the 3 letters / 3 numbers combo is definitely the way to go. In this day and age I really can't see why you can't buy whatever combination you want from DVLA, so long as it hasn't already been issued or spells out something offensive. It could be a good money earner for the government too.

That's the US system. They even call them vanity plates which is more apt (said Alistair who has two!) You are even able to have some characters like heart symbols I believe. I bet there are a few new combinations coming out with the word trump at the moment !
Everyone loves a Morgan. Even me, unless it's broken again.
