Older 4/4's and Plus 4's with bench seats had inflatable bladders inside the seat cushions. These have been unobtainable for years and many people have tried to replicate them or provide alternatives without much success. There's one currently relisted on eBay today, unused original, at £1.99 starting price. Must have bargain for someone? No connection etc. just trying to help fellow TM members............

If you search Google for inflatable lumbar support you get a lot of options. On our car it would be easy to slip one behind the seat back upholstery which is not attached to the sides. I have been thinking of getting something to try for who occasionally suffers from a bad back.

Think you are getting a bit confused there Peter, the inflatable cushion that Taffmog is referring to is one that you sit on rather than as a back support!
Taffmog - the good old Moseley float on air pneumatic cushion!

What on earth were you searching for on EBay to come up with that? Inflatable? Bladder? Either way you must have had some interesting results.....
Would using one allow you to claim that your Morgan had 'air suspension'?

Would using one allow you to claim that your Morgan had 'air suspension'? It could but those of us who have them on board can also claim to have life rafts when fording fording swollen streams
