Allstate or State Farm seem to be insuring them in the US, so just check your local area for an agent.

As I have found out, in Michigan, if it is registered and insured as a motorcycle, you need a motorcycle endorsed license (CY). As I do not intend to ever ride a 2 wheeler, I am looking into a course offered here specifically for 3 wheeled vehicles.

Finally got my M3W insured through Heacock (http://www.heacockclassic.com/). They quoted me a price for Louisiana with 3000 miles/year; $800. Full replacement. They seem to have done a few.

To amend my above statement, you do NOT need a motorcycle endorsement to drive a Morgan 3 Wheeler in Michigan, page 53 of the Motorcycle Operators Manual or check the post about it in the 3 wheeler section: http://www.talkmorgan.com/ubbthreads.php/topics/128165/Motorcycle_license_test_in_Mic#Post128165

Sorry to dredge this one up, but are you still getting your insurance through Heacock? I ask because I contacted Heacock and they said they do not insure Morgan Three Wheelers.

Hagerty said they wouldn't insure it either.

Hagerty has had no problem insuring mine. There was never even a question. They just did it.

I'm with Grundy Worldwide very similar to Hagerty as they insure older cars with agreed values.
I also have my 56 pickup and Pantera with them.

Is it insured as a motorcycle, or a car? When I got a hold of someone on the phone they weren't sure what it was, and when they found out it qualified as a motorcycle, at least here in Texas they said "Nope, we don't insure those." I can give another call though and find out. I mean I don't have one yet, but was trying to get that duck lined up beforehand you know.

Just got my renewal from Haggerty. $1,078 on an agreed value of 50K. Think I could do better?

Paying half that. I don't know why. There seems to be no rhyme or reason.
