Maybe routing the exhausts outside of the wheel circle of rotation would allow the M3W a less tragic turning circle. Qu is where would the exhausts go instead?

While the thread is mostly in jest my thought was to try something like the zig zag Krazy horse exhaust. Have the exhaust zig out of the way of the wheels and then back down to normal level.

This may be a foolish question, but why wouldn't it be as simple at to extend the upper and lower control arms? I know this would change spring rates and dampening, but a wider track could benefit cornering and give more clearance for the wheels to turn.
...but what do I know, simple is as simple does.

I think that would take a lot more engineering than just repositioning exhaust. It's already at a near 45 degree angle as far as the springs go. That and at 5 feet wide, it's already wider than my civic wagon. It's a different approach though so could have some merit depending on what you're doing with the three wheeler.

Maybe route the exhaust more like the 2 speeder to avoid the suspension? The early ones where the exhaust goes straight down, does a 90 degree turn from what looks like a muffler, then back under the car and up the side aft of the front wheel?

First, is there any more turn available in the steering rack? If it's at its full stroke, then there's nothing left to gain.
I haven't seen this before, but are there spindle stops to keep the spindle from over turning? I doubt there are as they would have to hit the a-arms to provide this stop.
So my guess is that the rack gear is at full stop both left and right. I believe that stops can be added inside the rubber boots to become a hard stop.
But my thought would be that IF there is still rack available, remaking the exhaust is by far the best way to increase turning ability.
If you moved out the ball joint points on the a-arms, this would throw off the bump steer and you'd be right back where you guys began.
So if the KH exhaust allows a better turning radius, then there must be removable stops on the steering rack under the boots.
This is probably next on Phil's list of upgrades.

The wavy KH exhaust doesn't allow for that, as is, but my thought was a similar approach with the wave in it shifted allow for more steering quite possibly could.
