Morning All, Can anyone recommend a supplier for a stick on front registration plate? I just tried fixing one, purchased online a few days ago, which disintegrated when half on and resulted in a fun hour of removing the pieces that had stuck on. Fortunately no damage done to the paintwork/protective film. Could have been my ineptitude but I was being supervised by an adult during application... Happy New Year to All! Best Wishes G

Do you mean the whole plate or just the letters/numbers?

Hi, have you tried these guys? I haven't yet but plan to go and see them as they're close by. Paul http://www.classicplatesonline.co.uk/plates.asp

Have you tried Aero Racing? They supplied me with one for my last Morgan and it had the Aero Racing logo on the bottom---nice! However, I had the same problem as you have had, I think it may be down to the double radius of the front wing and my impatience in trying to put it on in cool weather. I think it would be o.k. when warm.
Here for a good time not a long time!! Reg

Does it need a mist of soapy water to give a slide followed by squeegee to remove the water from underneath? That is how I fitted a vinyl frosting to a window. This, and do it in a warm garage having got the plate warm too.

Warm the plate, warm the wing and apply plenty of soapy water. Then squeegee from the centre outwards to expell any air bubbles. Take it slowly and good luck!
