Good luck with the writing.
My father took a little over ten years writing his in retirement, mind you he did enjoy talking to old friends and visiting places he knew when working. It was all written with a Parker pen and the good people at the RAF Historical Branch did the rest
enjoy the experience and I will certainly be looking out for a copy of the finished book

As an inexperienced tinker, I am always searching for reliable (or any) information about the Morgan. I have already, being a newcomer to TM, realized that you are one of the Gurus of the group.....a wealth of information. Being a former teacher, I also recognize your skill in presenting info. I am really excited at the prospect of your efforts. But you are underway...template...even words on the proverbial paper!

This is great news, Dave. The modern trads in particular are not well served by the current sources.
Owners of older Plus 4s have works like Fred Sissons' Morgan Bedside Reader and Cuthbert J. Twillie's A Yank at Malvern, and of course there's loads of stuff on GoMog which is especially useful for the Buick V8 cars, but there's quite a gap for the post-2000 cars with the later engines. Your book will be very welcome.
