Ah yes the seat belt alarm - drove me nuts too so I got mine 'deactivated'. So much better without it!

Interesting to know that earlier Aeros suffered the same lack of protection with the nearside wheel arch. I simply don't see why Morgan wouldn't put a liner of some sort there. With the Aeros sticky tyres I imagine this will happen to many owners.

Looking over a roadster yesterday, I had a look under the front wheel arch to see if that had any sort of protector and the answer is no. Surprising really because ally is fairly soft. Cant see the tyre rubber making much difference but the tread pattern is another matter.

I have the "wheel arch ding" problem on the o/s., just in front of where where the inner bulkhead between the wheel arch and the air-filter housing joins the wing.
There is a single pimple on the wing, about 1mm in diameter and VERY obvious when the light catches it.
So some sort of impact adsorbing liner is clearly needed.
I'm thinking of using the "hairy plastic matting" intended to cut wheel spray.

Whatever you use, make sure it can't drop onto the exhaust.

Why not use a Sound Deadening Pad, as used in your inner door skins and boot floor area. Nice and cheap, with the panel cleaned first with spirit you will find the adhesion good and they are easly cut to shape with a good pair of Scissors or snips

Just taken delivery & had to drive home in the rain. Water ingress inside both doors on the sill carpet just next to your hip. Has anybody else experienced this ?

Cheers
