Well the day has come to let everyone know that I have sold my Aero S1 and have purchased another marque. I am sure I will miss my Rosie in Blue and not being a full Morgan community member but there are reasons. Since my heart attack and operations last year the general impact of this has made me rethink about what is important to me and my prioties. Effectively my Morgan was taking up the majority of my time and finances, and after nearly seven years of Morgan ownership I feel it is time to move on and start a new chapter.

So the Aero went yesterday replaced by a low mileage silver Merc SL350 for about half the cost of the Aero. It's a lovely car and will give me and swmbo more comfort and practical use, and safety. What's left is going to pay for some very nice hifi upgrades, music is a big love of mine, an en-suite refurb and sort a minor financial matter.

I will be putting a few Morgan related items up for sale, including registration number and a new unused Aero S1 wheel, pm me if your interested.

Ownership of Morgans has been very enjoyable, great fun and as a result I have made some great friends, who I hope to continue to see. I wish everyone on TM well for the future, I will continue to be here on TM, but maybe not as active as in the past.

Kind Regards

Adrian

Sometime times you just have to take stock of life and i am sure you have made the right decision for you and your family. All the best with your SL350 and keep in touch.

Just because you're drinking lemonade, doesn't mean you can't stay in the bar and chat with the beer drinkers. smile

I know how you feel Adrian, you can pull a chair up and sit at the table with Giles and me and we can TalkMogless!

There's always a new chapter, some we like some we don't but we always have to do what we have to do. Hope you get lots of enjoyment out of the Benz and look after your health.

I know we are but distant Morgan friends , I am very sorry to see you go Adrian.

Although Morgans are important , life and the quality of it must take precedence.

Keep in touch and look after yourself.
