Yesterday at about 14.00 we were headed home. On the B4308, at the lights on the outskirts of the town near Stradey Woods. There was a greyish?) m3w , driver with flat cap, missed the reg. car looked lovely, squat, wide, impressive. He was stopped in the queu in the opposite direction. I waved but no wave back...I was in the tintop.
I am guessing it was not a local car as not seen before.
I commented to swmbo that I would love one. No reply. The trouble is it would compete for the garage with the trad.

I just dropped big hints and never told her I was buying it until I went to pick it up.

That went down well, and has since been christened by SWIMBO very sarcastically as "the family car".

When I bought the first Mog I showed swmbo a photo of it on Allon White website, saying I was going to look at it in 2 days time( I had phoned Phil to book the viewing already). Somehow the chequebook found its way into my jacket picket innocent.
Ray, re the house move......I have been thinking of garage mods to allow more space. Some building work will be done anyway so perhaps a garage extension/roof raise for a lift could slip into the plans. thinking

Just don't try putting the M3W on the top part of the lift!

I have a hydraulic lift in my garage that I use for motorcycles (above AND below).
It has a solid diamond plate steel platform, so that wouldn't be a problem for me.
