Yes, a definite bargain. I would think it's going to be pretty stripped-out inside, and the racing setup is going to make it a pretty hard and raw experience for a road car, but you could easily sort that over time.

I'd guess the only other issue might be whether that specific model was homologated for sale in Belgium, and in view of mods that have been made in it's racing career, how difficult the Belgian authorities are about conformity when it comes to registering the car there.
The French are certainly quite demanding on that score.....

this car is for sale for some time, she have a bare interior i have been told should count 6 to 7000£ for the complete interior exhaust also have to be changed and some setting to be done for a day use, but with such starting price it's for sure a bargain

It is a good point Giles, homologation and MOT...
MOt is very strict in Belgium, I'd better check that it is well homologated. I don't want to buy a car I cannot run afterwards.
That would be indeed the idea of making it a bit less hardcore over time Tim. I like the fact that it is ready for track days/competition but I wish to use it for roadtrips (especially in UK) as well. I've asked for some pictures of the inside, let's see what it's like!
