Hi Everyone
i think the flasher unit on my 1997 4/4 is failing as sometimes the indicators work and sometimes they don't all fuses and bulbs okay.
I've looked at the flasher and it does not display a make or part number, only the following:

205
12.8v 85c/m
C:21...25w x 2 (4)
R:0...5w
A 880934 DOT

Does anyone know of an internet site i can order one from and what i need to order as i live quite a way from any Morgan dealers any advice greatly received

thanks
Trev

Try carbuildersolutions.

Holden
www.holden.co.uk
You could also do a google search for the part you need.

Do all the lamps fail at the same time or just individual ones?
On my old 4/4 the rear nearside was a bit hit or miss due to a poor earth in the bulb holder. All other indicators were ok.
As for the flasher unit itself, take it out and clean the contacts. Check out this site too for a bit more info.

Had a similar problem on my Tasmin many years ago.
Took relay can apart to find a broken solder joint on the circuit board. Repaired, but it didn't last long as the relay was fitted upside down. Eventually replaced the relay...
Is your relay sealed?

Not worth fiddling with, they are cheap as chips. Which might explain why they fail often!
