What have I done?

1,5 years ago I change my BMW 1150 GS to a 4/4.

It has been a very nice time with this GB-"hardware". About 5000 km and lots of fun on the road and in the garage. Rolling on road in Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Switzerland, France and Norway. No problem at all.

Yes, this is a absolutely a nice toy!

Hope you all will have a good 2017, and thanks for this Talkmorgan forum.

Hei Oylo,
Welcome to Talk Morgan.
Enjoy the Morgan - sadly I have not been able to bring my Morgan to Norway on my visits there - the Newcastle- Bergen ferry stopped in 2009. So enjoy on my behalf.

Yes, real shame Newcastle ferry to Norway has stopped. We had one of our most enjoyable holidays touring your beautiful country in May one year with the Jaguar Enthusiasts Club. The weather was fabulous and we went up to a ski resort where people were sking in shorts!
If the ferry ever comes back so will we.

Use the Immingham/Brevik ferry.

Yes, we are talking about a new vacation in sentral Europe in August. Thinking about the car on train from our location to Oslo, then ferry to Germany, then train again to the boarder near Sweitz. The result is 3 weeks driving and enjoying the alps before the return (train, boat, train) to hometown.
