Has anyone found this on their cars?
My front Bevel Box Mount is rubbing the inside of my Propshaft Cover.

Draggin` contact your dealer, it`s not right.
It may need some remedial work doing to it.

Or I could file the sharp edge.

Do you have another shot of where the NVH has hit the tunnel , so I can better understand where this is please?
In understanding the work Phil Bleazey has done , we now know the box pivots vertically when under load. Wether this is a good thing is another matter.
That showed the top of the box is quite capable of hitting the top of the rear bulkhead tunnel the box sits in , but where your rubbing contact area is much lower and I cant see how it would make a metal to metal contact if it swung upwards , or anyway come to that.

I dont really have a good photo of it, but it is hitting the plastic inside of the driveshaft tunnel cover.

I would refer to dealer PDQ as advised above.

well its winter, so it will be a couple months before it is moving.

Mine started doing the same 20,000 miles ago, it's fine. It's the bolt that bolts the box to the mount - doesn't do any harm, just enjoy having fun in it!

Mine gives a bang if spirited gear change 1st to second!
